Damaged or faulty items:
If your piece arrives damaged, please email us at curacion.holistica.nl@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos. We will offer a replacement, repair, or suitable resolution.
Refunds:
Refunds are offered only in cases of confirmed damage or loss in transit. In all other cases, we offer store credit or return options aligned with our luxury care standards.
We use only sterling silver and gold-plated sterling silver in our collections.

Every gem has its own unique color, structure, and energy. Variations in tone, veining, or transparency are completely natural — no two are ever alike.
